son is mobility challenged, their pool had a ramp and a lift,the bathrooms offered grab bars,all the hallways and aisles offered room
from other amenities in adan antonio, and staff was very helpful, the kitchen s staff amazing, breakfast was the favorite part for our family
very nice looking hotel from outside and inside and plenty of parking space
parking space it's to small for hotel room capacity we can't find park quickly
me, breakfast, and cleanliness

there also is a laundry area
was a queen suite, with a kitchenette
there was a lady next door to our room who was hanging her laundry on the balcony

laundry room floor was dirty
need to find a better system for the laundry
so clean and beds are comfortable, breakfast is great
also the pool and gym was running out of towels and water
room was perfect for my family and the pool was a plus for my kids...

my only coment is that it was a bit noisy, my bedroom was located with view to the pool.

we ordered room service twice and both times it was amazing
location was downtown, we had a river view which the kids enjoyed
pool area was small and way too many kids in the pool which made it hard to want to relax by the pool
