cleanliness, friendly staff and the breakfast

the suite was spacious and clean. breakfast was better than expected!

no signs for gym, but i don't know if a gym was offered

was pricey and they do not have any options for a snack / bar food when having a few drinks

there is a restaurant and small bar on the first floor

real amenities, no ice, room service was limited

to spa from outside wasn t spa like

building in a beautiful location, excellent spa treatments, good restaurant - and even an outdoor pool

the pool and sitting area was just the right size

and we had ants in our kitchen area

had to use a kitchen dish towel tried calling the desk but the phone was dead snowed overnight and had long walk

would prefer a breakfast bar where i could quickly get my own items

the staff from the desk to the bar great and our room was very comfortable and clean

the pool was open for the kids and everything was clean

in particular, gym, pool, laundry were all great

loved the facilities, the gym is fantastic, the laundry room, and the elevators are very quick

my 16th years old girls couldn't go to the pool do to new rules

the pool closes super early on fridays

our room was perfect and having access to a kitchen and utensils was such a plus

was nice i like it’s very welcoming and the kids had enjoyed the pool time and the life guard does a very good

the pool lady. she was never asked to be a babysitter

not their fault, but the breakfast choice was slim, because of the covid restrictions.

full breakfast has a good variety, and it's really fun to people watch, especially families from many

the kids enjoyed the pool, they also have a basketball court

to walk through a busy bar area to get to the elevator, smoke from cigarettes outside invaded the

lobby with fireplace and bar was very cozy

the music from the bar area was very loud until 1am every
