pool and parking

cleanliness, friendly staff and the breakfast

the suite was spacious and clean. breakfast was better than expected!

the breakfast was good

no signs for gym, but i don't know if a gym was offered

had to use a kitchen dish towel tried calling the desk but the phone was dead snowed overnight and had long walk

no gym no free breakfast etc

the utensils and pans in the kitchen could have been better

we went there doing the winter so not much could be done about not being able to hit the pool or jacuzzi

pool was close in the morning kids could not go swimming

the kids enjoyed the pool, they also have a basketball court

so of course i had 5 disappointed kids

well, breakfast was good. kept running out of food.

only shower so i have to stand uo to watch my kids up

had mistakenly thought breakfast bar was included

loved the facilities, the gym is fantastic, the laundry room, and the elevators are very quick

they didn't bother but there appearance and in front of kids not a good look

was no breakfast being served when they advertise it would be, and you couldn't use the pool or gym other than that it was a good

pool wasn’t in service, my kids was super excited to go in da pool but it wasn’t in

our room was perfect and having access to a kitchen and utensils was such a plus

great kitchen for a small apartment

the couples massage at the spa was amazing
