the pool and play area are well maintained
in the rudy sweet and it was nice needs darker curtains in bedrooms but came fully furnished nice kitchen

spa is nice and off to itself so kids can swim and mom gets to relax
our room was located directly across from hotel laundry door
the facility was very clean, quiet, and well staffed, it smelled great, and the breakfast was very good

my kids got regular pizza and i was able to eat; he took the time to listen to me and empathize
more pillows in the rooms, and never received when called and asked for them from room service
the room size, the breakfast and the shuttle to and from the airport were all great
the airport shuttle service was outstanding as was the evening guest welcome at the bar.
