the pool was refreshing

the rooms were very large complete with comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities meant we had breakfast in a couple of

helpful staff providing a lot of usefull information, nice accomodation, well working wifi, assume terrase for observing birds, squirels and cows and of course

ac and wifi worked perfectly well at all times

the location is well situated for getting to activities, with convenient and safe parking

hotel has wifi, but we had a problem receiving the signal in our room, so if we wanted it, we would need to

the new fiberoptic wifi is incredible

they also make beautiful costa rican meals- breakfast and lunch is on the patio and you can hear the cacophony of creatures at dawn and dusk

and views from the mountain, you have your own outdoor jacuzzi with volcan view, awesome pool bar and the staff makes you feel pampered from beginning to end

the spa bath on the terrace was very good after a tiring day out

i did the massage at the spa and it was out of this world

the staff were generally excellent, great food and a pool for the kids

a gym is advertised but it is not a gym, it's a small space in the spa area with a few weights and one broken machine

thought that the property could have a small play center for kids and we did not like that not all the hot springs were not filled

came to this paradise 20 years ago for our honeymoon, and always wanted to come back with our kids

hot springs, pool and swim up bar are great, very nice gift shop

there was no wifi in the rooms
