loved the kitchen in the rooms and the breakfast was devine!

staff was very friendly and cooperative and immediately responded positively to our request of late check out

windows cannot open, so room smells bad… but it has clean kitchen, washroom. comfortable room.

we brought food to cook on the tiny stove top in our kitchenette but were disappointed that there was only 1 frying pan that was not a non-stick

the kids pulled out the sleeper sofa there were pieces of candy and food under the mattress

but i was pleased with everything the hotel had to offer as far as what was in the suites and the gym

the kitchen was very well stocked for a hotel

we needed, the room was clean, and there were 2 tv’s which made my life easier with the kids

roominess with living room area with fireplace; separate bed/bath areas; nice kitchen facilities in-room; close to/walking distance of other hotels, restaurants, stores, etc

please remove this hotel from the list of hotels with gym. their gym is very poor.

the staff was great! on site laundry (free) was every convenient.

the breakfast and although we didn t know about the indoor pool, it was nice as well as the gym

they have hot appetizers in the evenings some days along with drinks (adult and kids), which is a nice bonus
