the pool area is nice, but the pool itself is a little dated
food, small details like yoga mats in the room, voss water everywhere, cabanas, eating by the pool, all inclusive food and alcoholic drinks delivered to room (restaurant was closed), can
when our breakfast came, they forgot the orange juice and coffee drinks we had ordered
i could order breakfast anytime
the rooftop pool, hot tub and shaded lounge cabanas were just an oasis of relaxation

place, clean, nice rooms, nice location, safe parking, has elevators, we had fun with the kids at the heated pool, great staff and breakfast
staff so friendly, lovely peaceful garden/pool area yet so centrally placed

the ladies who helped at breakfast were very friendly and generous with the food
requested that their maintenance worker deal with kids at the pool
the pool was not heated, but we still had a great time in the pool.
