easy access to the pool area and to the beach from our room

there were always a lot of people (adults and kids) but it never seemed overcrowded

room was great, large size, huge bathroom, comfy bed, kitchen with all essentials

there was a spider in the master room and a roach in the kitchen

they even arranged an early check in, being we came in on such an early flight

gym and wellness facilities were superb and spotless

the water slide was a delight for the kids

r suite offers more space than 2 or even 3 rooms combined in a hotel)

wifi was slow

pools and the slide were a big hit with our kids

in the kitchenette cupboards, drawers, running up the walls and across the floor

the gym is very basic and there were weights missing

i miss hot breakfast.

staff member was very rude and called the police after i was in the room for 4 hours because my kids were loud and we were asked to leave

there was no good breakfast. kitchen wasn't open.

room service comes in to-go plastic containers with plastic forks and no plates

so we were really looking ti keep kids entertained, as it was cold out at this time and covid still exist

3) is that a way to tell me that if you have kids don't come to this hotel or let the kids stay in their mess

to the airport with shuttle services to the airport and city place for free

thing i didn’t like was they just remodeled the pool and it was closed the time i was there but it looks

maybe the addition of an on-site sitting area with bar would have been good

the breakfast bar was nothing to alert the media about, but it was a nice extra touch
