loved the pool
it was isolated and there were no tv's which allowed us to play board games and grill with the kids
it was too chilly to use the pool, but that's a great option for warmer days
the kitchen and bathroom were great and we enjoyed it overall
lots of places for the kids to play and loved the bikes to ride around

the pool was not clean. and so we couldn't go swimming.

there's a gas station, a market/grocery, a post office, a lot of parking space, restaurant
the chalet was fantastic and the kids loved the space and views to the resort and lake

the spa therapists were so nice and did an amazing job
manicured the layout was beautiful fires at night plenty of activities for the kids what we imagined an american lodge holiday might be like close to yosemite np entrance great

seating process at jackalope's bar and grill needs improvement

many young kids screaming in the pool area making it impossible to relax after a long work week
only stayed one night and if your only sleeping in the room and not using the spa, gym or pool, it's annoying to pay resort fees
want to accommodate us and let us go into the pool while we wait for the room when i had my two kids that had been waiting to go in, not until i started to argue with them is when they gave us
poor service. no room service. we asked 4 times room to be cleaned and no service
the pool and spa was great and we liked the extra security

pool was perfect at this hot day
the place has a pool, that we didn't get to enjoy due to the shortness of our stay and due to the cold weather, but
bus but they don't have a luggage storage but the owner lisa was happy for us to keep them at the pool area where the gate can be closed
nothing really. pool area looked a bit tired but you could see their sprucing it up.
to have a pool waiting for you in a real swim size after driving all day
