there was an adult anime conference going on and we were traveling with kids.

there was a kitchenette in the room a full size refrigerator
hot breakfast was great

room was very nice and large with kitchen
the kids on the 3rd floor were a little to loud every night almost until early morning

pool was very dirty. water was cloudy. no hottub.
and well organization staff and service was superb nice breakfast and delicious coffee convenience with checking in and checking out i highly recommend

the pool was green and not clean
pool was kind of dirty, doors we wouldn't close properly, room smell like humidity, part of the

so much to do just right there, pool, basketball, grills, lots of shaded areas
the pool was dirty, the bbq pits grill old dirt sodas machine not working.
the grounds were beautiful with a clear sparkling pool to catch some sun
looks like they used to have a nice snack bar and some of the facilities are old and falling apart
our neighbors were all very friendly, and we had fun on the river as well as at the pool

shower could have been a little hotter and a small sink in the kitchenette would make it better
ants in the kitchen area and a roach.
blankets were in kitchen sink did find them til the next day and fire place didn’t work
does not have a kitchen, only a microwave and refrigerator
didn’t have a full working kitchen, very inconvenient
