that the pool close at 11 pm

5 adults and 5 kids in 3 different style rooms

need to update faucets in bathrooms and also update kitchen supplies in condo. ☺️

liked having a full service kitchen including cookware, dishes, and utensils

everything was at your fingertips. two restaurants, ice cream bar, pools, fitness area etc.

breakfast was ok and the location was perfect, we were close to good shopping spots

continental breakfast on the morning with fresh coffee

i was a little disappointed the hot tub spa was down.

beds, nice spacious kitchen, the oceanfront rooms are right on the pier and the kids loved the pools

mattresses on the beds were fabulous,pool was good could have been a little warmer and the rooms were a nice size

check in wasn't arranged in advance, leaving the kids less than thrilled after a 7 hour car ride, but hey

size of the condo and the location the view of the ocean was beautiful and the kids loved the pool

the peace and quiet my kids really felt like they were home and that’s the best part

the best 2 pools were just for owners a lady was screaming loud at 3 in the morning so my kids were very nervous and

thought the room was nice and the location good except for the crowds of kids (teenagers) running around the place at night and appeared kind of menacing

our particular unit could use a new kitchen, bathroom and updated furniture, but it is usable and a good value for the cost

the amenities, 2 jacuzzis, a lazy river, indoor/outdoor pool, and the gym.

they did not offer room service because of covid

resort but still in the middle of everything we had a pool at our tower which all

was happy there was an indoor pool area available

not provided wifi password and do not disturb signs but that

i didn t like having to walk outside for the indoor pool

the kids bunk beds were so loud when the kids moved on them

uncomfortable beds, no beach view except from the top of seeing the pool area, front door didn't lock, or side door close to our room, bug bites

when we arrived, shortly after, a rain storm started that blew debris and stuff in the pool that we could see from our balcony

like the area and we had to go next door to a cleaner pool

the pools and water park was a lot of fun.

up, closet with cleaning supplies in it was extremely dirty, plunger lefts in the area on the laundry, molding broken at base board, tv was not working, chair was broken

the tiki bar on site was awesome,they offered food until about 3:40pm everyday and the bartender he could

didn't receive any room service during our four day stay

room was clean, kitchen was fully stocked and the fridge was huge

the pool hours are 7 am - 11 pm which is great for our young adults who like to swim at night

the on-site spa was booked the whole weekend

3 pools overlooking the beach, poolside bar and hot tubs

they had a bracg bar which was wonderful but a bit over priced

my wife loved pool as well as the hotub. look forward to coming back next year....

when i got home i realized i had left my expensive gold watch and the fact that room service turned it in and they shipped it to me warmed my heart

i didnt like the parking(across the street). spa closes at 5pm and check-in is at 4pm. (+) the spa was amazing and the room was terrific (+) the day spa is a must (-)enough space slots (+)the service was exceptional, & the awakening spa was the best!!!

did not like the outdoor bar

the pools, the bar and the overall atmosphere was great

thought it was great. wish it did have another bar, besides poolside bar.
