we had a full suite; living room, kitchen and large king bedroom

great hotel with kitchen facilities. very clean and good location to central mt shasta

they were accommodating with an early check in for a wedding

the staff were very nice & friendly :) they even gave me a late check out

our room was large with a kitchen and separate living room

wifi was ridiculous and we were almost charged for another day if we were even 5 minutes late

wifi could be better, the type of coffee could be upgraded, the creamer was very old

he also gave us a room with parking in front to make it easy for us to carry luggage into room

the parking was great and when we got 4 feet of snow overnight they even lent us shovels and helped us

also, it snowed during the day and night; parking lot was promptly plowed and staff brushed all snow off car windshield / windows

— from the road it looks small, but it has lots of rooms plus an rv park in the back

the rv park in the back seemed a little sketchy

parking lot is a one-way maze

check in went well. able to park in front of room. salad bar at the cafe was decent.

rv park generates a lot of noise during the day, but that's not surprising

several ev chargers attached to their house they will let you use
