pool is pretty small for such a large facility

i ended up going back to the kitchen to find the server, a young black girl, talking with the cook
setup with breakfast across the street included other than $3 service fee
we loved the balcony, the biggest towels i've seen at a hotel, a great shower, full kitchen, the a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable
in all ways and they where also very concerned if we would make after the hurricane, and the breakfast was delicious and the chef barry i think his name

i wish the pool was heated or a hot tub. we couldn’t use it
reception, employees, breakfast, pool, gym, and the room
the full breakfast was nice and freshly cooked
breakfast was great the staff was phenomenal
the staff in the kitchen and the breakfast were phenomenal.

the pool only stopped at 5ft and it could have been more in the gym
loved having separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, laundry service, close to everything
they had breakfast.and they things it every nice will go back
to point a down side out it would be that they only have two washers and two dryers in the guest laundry
staff, facilities, breakfast!

staff was rude, didn t inform us that their laundry people doesn t come in until 8 or 9 am and that we would have to wait a hour or longer on
told that there was airport shuttle, was no shuttle
breakfast food
kitchen floor falling apart
the area around the pool and outdoor grill desperately needed a good pressure wash & cleaning

this room had a kitchenette with a stove that got very hot
was no breakfast buhh they did have complementary muffins and coffee for on the go so i appreciated that n
a breakfast offering would have been nice.

no blanket on bed plug ends not working not enough pillows on bed flooring not finished , pool area only two plastic chairs dollar store grill
pool wasn't clean so we couldn't use it if we wanted to

the pictures were exactly like the room, spa tub and all. even down to the same type of bedding.
the pool was open when we got there but was closed the whole time after that
