didn't have juice at breakfast because they ran out and it was just one hour into breakfast time

didnt like that the laundry was very expensive and the staff didnt have clear the information about the prices

us hang our clothes on their washing lines to dry and when it started raining they even hang our laundry inside for us

only issue was laundry service, clothes didn’t come back clean and smelt damp

nice courtyard hotel with comfortable rooms. great bar and restaurant area.

a hard place for little kids, most of what’s to do is hiking, which is limited with young children

really liked the room with furnished kitchen as i was travelling with my kids so we could prepare snacks anytime

great facilities for additional entertainment with the kids (bowling)

the wifi in the room was excellent we stayed in the tower my wife was able to work remotely every day

property needs maintenance and remodeling some staff need training the staff in the breakfast buffet need training and good manners with the guests

the pool upstairs was a bit shabby.

also, the breakfast did not have a great selection of choices and the quality of offerings left a lot to

my only complaint was breakfast which involved very cold eggs

hotel complex is huge, it has a bungalow area plus 5 towers each with a pool with view to the sea, the restaurants are good but we didnt try them all

the main pool was huge and had a water slide for the kids

this is one of the first multi-level hotel built on the beach, but i like classic design of the pool area
