only complaint that i had was the kitchen floor was a bit sticky and maybe could have used another rinse

didn't expect the full kitchen with all the dinnerware and full fridge

daughter had an unfortunate incident at her tournament where her gym bag was stollen

no day to day room service, no full breakfast buffet, limited happy hour.

and the breakfast was magnificent

did not like that the bar and reception hour is closed on thursday

was one of the best properties i have ever stayed at and i been traveling with my kids for aau for years this will be my home away from home when i’m in ohio just veryyyy clean

at the waterpark, very little adult supervision of kids and kiddie pool was freezing

the parking situation was not that accommodating

keys didn't work, there was a charge for extra towels so my kids didn't want to get in the pool becuse they didn't want to be charged for
