room and pool

my laundry was stolen (1of 2); pair of gray sweat pants)

cleanliness & superior continental breakfast.

room was clean and the breakfast was good

laundry facilities are worthless

our socks and feet were dirty, mostly from the front/sitting area and kitchen

room and the indoor pool, fitness center, and basketball court was a added bonus for my children

of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool so the kids could swim, most indoor pools are heated however this one wasn’t, it was freezing ud83dude2c

just the pool being slightly cold and having to pay to wash clothes .

rooms appeared great, and the location was great, but we could not get any sleep because the bar was right below us and a band was outside of our room

room was under the rooftop bar so at closing, we could clearly hear the chairs moving around above us for a few minutes

were a bit outdated, greeting could have been a bit more friendly, bar under staffed, we did enjoy our stay very much, but a few tweaks would have put it over the top

breakfast is provided by paulettes wonderful restaurant

excellent food at paulette s and drinks at the top floor terrace bar overlooking the mississippi

he had an inside pool and hot tub

hot tub (whirlpool) was not open and indoor pool is not heated.

i also like the fact there was a bar, pool, the hotel was gated

pool and gym were closed
