we were able to do laundry and sharing the bathrooms was no problem as there were options for this and they were very

room itself was clean and laundry facilities offered were reasonable

clean, very willing to help in any situation whether it be watching luggage or helping with laundry, but the three things they do fail at can make you miserable

room the hostel was modern and clean, staff were always on hand to help, we made use of the laundry facilities which were very handy on a long trip

only thing would be the loud music maybe from the bar next door but it didn’t bother me i see how it might for others

the bar next door is great too

just that bar right outside, a little slow to check in but no issues otherwise

here - there were essentially 2 rooms that were joined, along with a small living area and a kitchen

great kitchen well equipped great staff awesome windows and liquid hand soap in dispenser

we found downtown la fine with our kids, just with some usual street smarts of course

unit is so spacious, have in unit laundry, oven, microwave, dishwasher and so on

clean. nice amenities with the gym and outdoor cinema etc.

one door opened to the pool area, cleanliness, plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

the fact that there was no room service but, i understand due to covid.

was loud, requested room service and extra towels and they forgot, early check in extra $ for 1 hour i paid $25 extra

so many groups of kids just running around ,with no supervision,

loved the extra things such as the breakfast and the little evening snacks and drinks.

kids said it felt like sleeping on springs

breakfast close too early and laundry too busy

pros: clean, cozy, comfortable, free breakfast, just a few minutes walk to usc hospital

everything! breakfast, laundry, the room was excellent

the fitness center, the room, the hygiene... everything there.
