i like the activities with the kids

breakfast, the service, the space, the room had a microwave and kitchen utensils

wifi wasn't working for a good chunk of the afternoon

unable to use the gym due to the booking system

direct access to the rooms via the parking lift

very negative, but a bit unconvenient: the wifi network was not very stable and there was a bit of a strange smell in the room

say i disliked anything but i would suggest maybe music at the pool, bar and restaurant

breakfast in the morning was a delight, with a variety of fresh and tasty options that left us

don't skip the bar and the restaurant, the food was much nicer than the restaurants around

parking was tight, as it is in most of the area.

maybe have the honesty bar nearer to the rooms for an option for an evening drink

were available, but there is no bar or restaurant onsite, although there are plans to add these facilities later this year

chick oasis within easy walking distance of the palaces of sintra with plenty of free parking in the public car park opposite the property

great place for a family with kids, with very spacious and well-equipped rooms, a good location and superb hosts

the room was well appointed with great beds two shower rooms, a kitchen and comfortable sitting area

it would help to have a kids corner somewhere

many things around to see- but being a golf resort this is understandable; the reception area might need some improvements, the 1st impact

area that is near nothing commercial/leisure - without a car your food options are zero swimming pool is pointlessly cold and if you're going to ask people to use towels from the spa reception

remote so no other restaurants close by however you had a choice of food at the restaurant or a bar snack which were both very nice

very rural and if your not a beach dweller or a spa user you need transportation to explore

the spa is perfect for a relaxing stay with a sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool

the staff was very friendly, the included breakfast was really nice, the outdoor pool is wonderful when it's too windy to be on the beach, and the hotel restaurant is great for

upstairs bar not manned all the time. downstairs bar (with views) not open.

staying there was some sort of conference happening which meant we weren't able to sit in the bar for drinks in the evening

they had almost everything in the kitchen, which made us very comfortable with a small baby

pool is great for all the family

the property was perfect for our needs which was to be close to oitavo dunes golf course

as a family traveling with two young kids, this makes a huge difference

the bar and bar food is great and the breakfast has all you need full or continental 5 star.

the bar in the hotel has weak list of cocktails (no spritz aperol, no pina colada).

no water in the pool but it is understandable that it is off season

the room had a cot for him and at breakfast they had set up a high chair for him

natas,coffee tea etc,and the breakfast was fabulous,exactly what you’d want for a family with kids
