wifi did not always work well, the covid19 related timing slots for the breakfast can be a bit

not too noisy from outside, very helpful staff, very good room service

say if someone needs to heat their food or heat milk for kids, it would be literally impossible

allowed us to take food from the buffet up to the room for the kids who were not

this room service its purpose one night stay to my next location

perhaps adding a vending machine or a 24 hour room service would have been a nice plus

budget hotel offering simple breakfast, comfortable beds, close to public transports so easy access to city centre

was in a room closed to the laundry and it was impossible to ignore the noise earlier in the morning

an unpleasant smell in the room, maybe because it was on the eighth floor, the same one where the laundry is located

there is a living room for guests and a laundry available

all cleaners were outstanding, very polite, smiling, friendly, same we can say about breakfast staff

loved the swimming pool up on the rooftop it was really clean and quiet great too relax

i called the room service, and just after i received 1 body towel (not for hands and for food after shower)

- when you call the room service either they are not answering or they don’t facilitate our demands

food from kitchen for room service was not high quality

there's also a bar and public area for you to do your work or just hang out

all the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was divine!

time with my 8 years old daughter (notified the hotel) but health club is not available for kids

have ordered room service twice and both of the times food looked like it was warmed up in a microwave

got a free upgrade this time and the stay was great as always, i love the bar and the bartender who is very attentive

nice clean room with airco and bathroom. it had a bar downstairs. very friendly personnel.
