hotel no bar but good value for money staff excellent as was location

there are 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom

the three bedrooms in madhatters 2, along with bathroom, lounge and kitchen was perfect for three adults and two children

could have a selection of bar food in the evening

the games room for kids and the zip line

outside pool open and lovely for the kids

also, the wifi was awful, honestly useless

breakfast was as expected: all the

staff were great (particularly reception and breakfast) and the little packs for the kids were so cute

we had a wonderful afternoon at carey's manor spa which wasn't far and was included with our stay

this long established hotel is a classic for its history, its wonderful staff (reception, room service, breakfast, dinner, baggage handlers) is what truly contributed to this hotel's old (-)stay, our only issue was no response when we called reception/room service a couple of times but think the staff were just busy dealing with other customers at (-)room and bed was too small in comparison to other similar priced hotels and the room service menu is limited (-) we did ask if we could be served room service sandwiches in the lounge and that was agreed, and we were then able to have a drink

however there is a bar in the
