from the staff to the pool and waterslide , restaurant

that room service wasn't always avail.

the waterslide was a blast for my grandson and arcade also the gym

loved the pool, gym and overall scenery

both the restaurant and the bar have excellent service and the food was good

laundry machines in good condition

the room was huge included a kitchen which was a nice touch and bonus compliment

the restaurant did not have an identity, it was part of the lobby, but set apart, it had a bar but looked like a snack

bar and restaurant not open due to civid-19 restrictions

clean room. lots of space for kids.

arrival kitchen area floor was dirty but was rectified

the complimentary breakfast went above and beyond as well

the breakfast variety wasn't as expected. no vegetables too.

we had trouble with wifi & tv, staff assisted and sorted out best as they could

if there was anything that i didn't like, it was the fact that the room service was through jack astors and was very limited

room service is provided by a nearby restaurant and food was very good

my kids got so scared
