staff were friendly, dinner and breakfast was excellent

early check in was great for young family

our room over looking kitchen but can't complain really as it was discounted

the biggest flaw in this hotel is the kitchen

it was all very relaxed and made super-easy with our dog in the bar area

loved the spa facilities the stone beds were amazing very relaxing and the hot tub was great but slightly

the cocktails in the bar were good too and breakfast was also very good

if you are wanting somewhere which gives you great food, service, cleanliness and amazing spa and gym facilities while on amazing spectacular grounds then you should book here

because the issue couldn’t be fixed on the day, they offered us a complimentary breakfast in the morning and a move to another pod (which was also amazing)

wifi kept cutting out, as did the tv signal
