pool water could have been a little warmer. my son enjoyed it but i was freezing!

sidewalks and parking lot were very icy! should have been salted better. actually fell.
the breakfast buffet and reception time is always a winner
breakfast was amazing, pool was fun for the kids, gym was decent, hotel room was good

tractor trailers and other large trucks park around the perimeter of the hotel in the evening making it difficult
on-site laundry was convenient
more laundry facilities would have been nice
the room is very comfortable, the breakfast was great. everyone was super friendly!

my grandkids (6, 4, 2) loved the pool
my kids love swimming, and we had to quit
pool and hot tub were very well kept
