pool was out of service for maintenance when we arrived around 330, but was open later in the

part of the hotel was and how pleasant and professional the staff was from the front desk to the kitchen crew to the cleaning staff

parking is limited

clean and a lot of parking

we returned late at night a note said the clerk was in the kitchen

staff was wonderful and the breakfast lady was wonderful made us feel comfortable

loved that it had a full kitchen included.

given the length of our stay, we would have liked some variation in the breakfast content.

very clean, friendly staff, great place to stay with kids with the pool and basketball goal.

we arrived with two kids under 5 at 11pm and couldn’t or wanted to waste time one requesting another room

breakfast was amazing

breakfast was delicious and it was great to have access to the kitchen

was nice to sit around the large dining room table with the other visitors for breakfast in the morning

the room we stayed in was nice, well equipped and comfortable. the spa tub was very nice.

the fresh, hot breakfast was delicious!

for drinks and snacks for the kids both days and felt like i had to keep bothering them about it

excellent proximity to kci airport with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport

noisy kids

my kids got regular pizza and i was able to eat; he took the time to listen to me and empathize

breakfast was very good with an omelet station and many choices both hot & cold

spa is nice and off to itself so kids can swim and mom gets to relax

mold in the gym ceiling irritated my lungs

complete facilities, good gym and pool, hot tub. front desk was super friendly and helpful too.

i got two rooms because of the amount of kids i have

the shuttle to the airport was on time
