were great, room was small but comfortable location was good for the golf clean bar was very

close to st andrew’s for golf

since the rooms are above a pub, there is some noise at night, more from punters leaving than the bar itself

was always going to be a late check-in, the staff on duty in the bar range me just as i pulled in the car park to check in was ok and still coming, she then told me

complimentary coffee from the coffee bar across the road was a lovely addition

door (with the bar) at bottom of stairs you can go out but not back through it

had a prime location, close to the shops, bars, restaurants and a 2 minute walk from the old golf course

so close to beach, golf course 18th hole and the main street on market street

lovely spacious room excellent breakfast

it is located within an easy walk to st andrew's golf course, very nice aquarium, beach, and town

- good wifi, important for me as i was travelling on business and spent several hours working in the room

weak wifi connection from our room on the ground floor.

owner was both friendly and flexible ( allowed very early check in and later check

the room also contained a fridge, microwave, small kitchen area and lovely shower

the host allowed us to use his laundry facilities which were not part of the deal but were extremely thankful for

the kensington had a kitchen with hot plate and sink

our room was large, fitted out with a smart mini kitchen and a modern bathroom
