the fact that the pool and gym were included in the price, which was lovely to relax in after a long day at the tattoo

the spa and gym was impressive

really lovely rooms and the food on the restaurant was exceptional as with the amazing breakfast

beautiful rooms and general decor, bar and outside area is perfect.

from the room facilities to the restaurant and bar attached to the lounge area

very comfortable and spotless clean ,nice bar ,breakfast was bit confusing but lovely

piano bar was an amazing bonus the rooms were really spacious for the price, great value for money and

we stayed in the newly opened apartments - great option if you have kids, want to spend time in your room or need a little more space

options for late night room service were poor

great location, excellent staff, kitchenette and laundry facilities excellent

the first night, dishes dirty in the closet, very bad double bed

could have had internal laundry facilities.

the room was really spacious and my kids enjoyed the large private garden

dinner and full english breakfast were excellent

it’s very kids and dog friendly and the staff makes everyone feel at home

friendly helpful staff from reception to restaurant/bar plenty of parking

breakfast was everything we could have asked for
