the pool could be more cleaner

spa tub was yhe reason i chose this location however the jets weren't properly working norther was

breakfast was good

was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was fresh and good

room was convenient to the front desk, the laundry room and dining area

lovely rooms and pool area......excellent evening reception ( mon- wed)...very helpful staff

we had a chance to use their laundry room because we had been traveling for a long time

breakfast, some of it was good (waffles)

and the icing on the cake were the comfy beds and the kitchenette

the staff was awesome, pool perfect and laundry set up was spot on. lol

the pool isn’t heated it was cool.

the kids loved swimming in the heated pool

we were on first floor directly next to business office and gym

lot of trouble with our key cards and where they were needed , like in pool area…staff replaced every time but still a nuisance

the breakfast waws good, many choices are available and located close to our room.

pool & jacuzzi very nice

not romantic, too many kids. good plentiful breakfast. nice evening reception. pool was good.

and the jacuzzi was full of kids so i couldn’t go in

fitness center is a well-appointed gym, not just a treadmill

i loved everything the staff were so nice and great room service with really good food.

did not like the room we had it was on the bottom floor by the parking lot

we love the villas better then the hotel room service was delicious!!

room service food was just ok

the breakfast ladies were above and beyond

customer service was excellent and they had a variety selection for breakfast.

due to covid 19, the breakfast was not up to usual hampton inn standards but it was still good.

pool needed some attention, it was dirty and probably needed a treatment but the next day i did

pool area with glass bottles, dirty, people smoking
