the pool was warm, not your fault at all. honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

needed more kitchen supplies as dishes, glasses.

unit was very spacious, with a kitchen separate from the sleeping/sitting area

room we were given had a full kitchen and as we were there for a week it was given to us as the best option

beds was kind of hard. and the old dishes in the kitchen.

pool was broken

i loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, and free breakfast. it was great for the kids.

the pool was closed. breakfast on the weekend did nit start until 9:00.

kitchen staff was a little mean to my kids if they went down to get food and bring it to the room for

the spacious room with the full kitchen and the cleanness.

two staffs that served breakfast and happy hour, manny and kelly, are wonderfully people

luckily the rooms have a small kitchen so we just cooked in the room

breakfast time can be extended to 9:30 or 10 am rather than 9

our room was right next to the laundry room and sonia was quite noisy.

the pool was a little old looking and grungy, but still served it's purpose so it wasn't the worst

also no washer or dryer in the unit so if i did laundry in the main hotel part after 9:30 at night then i had to walk around the block to the front

love the murals in the bar

we had a bobtail semi and parking was very tight although lady on the phone said they could accommodate

person on duty, doubled up for receptionist, bar person, if a hotel has a cocktail lounge needs to have alcohol

kids making noise

most of the machines in the laundry room were broken, the ice machines

you could use a bit of updating the things for the kitchen

and, after confirming with hotel they had working laundry facilities before we arrived, we found they could give us quarters but had no soap

pool closes at sunset

a change machine and laundry soap machine would be a nice touch, but change was available from the front desk

manager could not have been more accommodating with letting us park the trailer where we could hook up immediately

liked having the 2- bedroom suite with kitchen

the breakfast was great

the double room the kitchen i also loved the balcony & pool very clean can't wait to come back and

the breakfast is not so good.
