the location was also great to visit both kitchener and waterloo, and it was a good base to visit the surrounding area, including niagara

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

there are no signs that the laundry room is in a huge building

he was able to get me an early check in and assisted me with the check in process

kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

pool water was a little cold

breakfast was good variety. the hot eggs, ect. weren't very hot. overall very good.

breakfast, modern facilities, great gym and pool

nice with a small bar area, and a few food (pizza) options

some noise from kids.

another family had the same time with three screaming kids within the pool area

staff was a bit rude. didn't like that restaurant and bar closed early

free parking and extremely close to stores and restaurants for anything needed

free parking and wifi internet are excellent

very secure, close to wedding venue we were attending, but rooms, dishwasher/laundry onsite

well-equipped kitchen and everything new in the apartment plus a very large balcony and a nice view, close to the

well supplied kitchen with oven

the kitchen had everything we needed for a small meal

i have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing

they didnt but the staff member working offered to get my daughter milk and juice from the kitchen at no charge

we didn t realize when we booked that the pool was closed, wish we could have used it.

the kitchen is very functional, our dining table in the living room area went up and down with a hand

great king bed and king pillows, fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, big screen tv, western pub next door had great food and

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc
