the tropical courtyard, pool area, and the overall vibe made our stay feel like a true island getaway

several times we asked for additional kitchen and bath products that we had used while we were there, it was never a problem getting any

great location. friendly staff. small gym is available.

did not have any notice that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed the entirety of our stay

no dislikes. it would be nice to be able to get drinks at the pool but not a big deal.

we called to inform the hotel that we will be checking in late and to ask for a late check out

very friendly, clean and accommodating to both early and late check out

best thing is the location and the late check out option (additional fees apply) but you have the option of 2pm or 4pm

great, friendly staff at front desk who were helpful when we requested a late check out - however we did have to pay extra for this

location and great rooms with a lot of space, so perfect when you have kids

sofa bed was a disgrace and not fit to be slept on, we had to pad it up with blankets so the kids could sleep on it
