it was quite great—maybe just a few more items in the villa kitchen, like glasses or mugs?

specifically chose this place as we were staying 2 nights on sun shine coast so wanted kitchenette

missing instructions on burner use no garbage bag for kitchen very very noisy

had to ask twice for bar soap and didn't change towels.

we planned to spend one afternoon with the kids on the pool

i don't recommend this hotel, particularly to the families travelling with kids, unless you weigh appearance higher than comfort and functionality

be nice if the restaurant hours could be extended a bit more especially for guests who may desire room service for their meals outside regular hours

the lovely pool and hot tub area also has an outdoor area if you want to lay in the sun

at the bar for happy hour was too restrictive, it felt like you had to order dinner when it was still

more chairs around the pool. only 4 lounge chairs were available and they were always in use.
