wonderful large (cold) indoor pool and hot tub - that was the draw (10/23/24) i'm adding the date because it took 5 phone calls
was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast they had and didn’t see it advertised on the booking site

breakfast was great laundry did great on are clothes
had a rather noisy hvac unit, and i thought we must be near the laundry as we could hear what sounded like a washing machine agitating at various times
excellent value. friendly staff. room was very clean. breakfast provided a number of options.

were disappointed that there was bacon for only the first hour of the breakfast
pool downright cold; hot tub terribly hot.

when we went down to get breakfast at 9am,(breakfast is supposed to go from 6am-10am) there was nothing left to eat
breakfast- eggs were watery
breakfast, the amenities and staff was very pleasant
clean, comfortable beds, nice lobby, happy hour & loved the breakfast
the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast with lots of options

food ,shuttle service , and pool!
kids running around the floor like it was a race track at midnight
the shuttle took us where we needed to go and the driver was great! friendly & knowledgeable
the shuttle staff were great! mike was very personable and accomodating!!
and there were kids running the halls all day/night that seemed to lack parental supervision

up nice for a family with young kids
the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice to go swimming
the pool was nice and the various exits around the property close to parking we’re great too
having 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen was perfect for 5 women
pool and hot tub could have been cleaner.

the kids running around beating on my door
large amount if kids running halls all hours banging on our door screaming. very disruptive.

breakfast was very fresh even during the last 30 min when we arrived
breakfast could be better with more active resupply and refreshing the cooked item (eggs bacon etc)
the hot tub was not working and the pool was a little cold
the night we used it, we were the only ones in the whole pool area
