kitchen stovetop was filthy and the fridge top hadn’t been cleaned in years

and food spilled in the microwave, a blood stain on the sheets, a spill down the doors under the kitchenette sink, and the sleeper sofa was terrible

having a breakfast would be a nice touch, but it did have a well equipped kitchen

i received a call to inform me of the change and early check in was available

power supply in kitchenette failed whilst we were there but a key to another room given to use their fridge

a kitchen is a must for us because my

2nd floor hallway had a strange smell and the pool was not clean

rented the one bedroom king suite with a sofa bed, fireplace, table and chairs, desk with chair, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and a dishwasher

were in town for gymnastics camp at lsu

the laundry facilities were broken and the hotel didn't offer change or laundry soap that would work in

there is a decent gym available for guests to use

breakfast was lovely the value!! pool was clean, staff very friendly, no complaints

she gave the kids cookies

that the pool closed at 10pm

were on the 4th floor & my husband was very nervous if the kids were walking near the banisters in the hallway

no room service between first and second nights; had to call for clean towels

room service entered my room at 9am on check out day

it had a lot of parties going on and lots of kids running through the lobby and past my door all night

only thing i disliked, was several nights, on the 1st floor, near laundry room, it smelled like weed, someone was smoking weed inside

it wasn't the staffs fault there were baseball teams and lots of kids and the staff were busy trying to keep floor and elevator dry

breakfast was amazing.

bathtub overflow was apparently not hooked up to the drain pipe and when the kids took baths, the water that went into the overflow before we turned the water off came out into

i didn t eat breakfast. i did however order room service and that was amazing.
