used spa good, too busy with leisure members lacked space to relax in pool/by pool

restaurant and bar are stunning and very opulent

location for an event at the gailes hotel then golf at glasgow gailes the next day

the bar and restaurant is fantastic with great food

in the restaurant and also enjoyed the breakfast that is incldued as well as making use of the gym and sauna facilities

we had a deluxe room. fabulous views. spa bath was a nice touch. very clean

hotel but noise level from laundry room

nothing, no swimming pool but i knew this before booking so no complaints.

excellent breakfast choice with high quality items nicely cooked and presented

staff was freindly snd helpful breakfast lovely had a dinner in resturant to which was

excellent breakfast. good choices. great bar and particularly the staff

there was also a large park and golf club nearby

a very narrow choice of spirits in the bar with no blended whisky choice for those of us who enjoy a mixer in their whisky and not a great

noi wifi in rooms only at lobby.

took another 30min to arrange rooms it was 1am with kids so not to good

parking is free, plenty and close to hotel

been with small kids and it’s been most horrible stay
