the hotel is beautiful with many areas for relaxing and a bar if you fancy a drink

no kettle no bar no food sunday evening

within walking distance of railway station & metro i did not try food, nor drink, nor look for bar or

the second night we had guest above that were walking a lot (we think kids) then were walking a lot back and forth earlier in the am

with food on the table and a beer from the bar we’re happy

the spa was excellent and the breakfasts were superb

i would recommend the spa also

the reception room was my favourite space, beautiful yet so comfy and inviting with fire on that i spent few minutes to wind down and

and the gentle spa treatment

i had several spa treatments while there, all exceptional

bed was very comfortable, bar staff very good and extremely helpful, very easy check in and check out

parking is ok but not that secure. maybe close the barriers ?

the wifi internet connection was not reliable. shabby environment.

would prefer if the gym had some free weights and space for a mat instead of so many cardio machines

it would have been great to have a treadmill

first class service, spacious room overlooking the harbor, great breakfast & a wonderful wine bar next door made the trip terrific

very helpful staff allowed for early check in and support in car parking

the garden lounge was an absolute delight and there was a nice bar with tapas available

lovely outdoor bar area and very friendly staff

kids have spent their time on the fronton, playing with other kids and enjoying typical basque

bar and tapas platter available for aperitif time

gym was tiny and claustraphobic
