great hotel with a wonderful comfy bar/lounge area which is decorated beautifully and all the staff were extremely helpful and

they willingly allowed for an early check in and a late check out
i felt right at home from the moment i walked into the bar to the moment i left after breakfast

from front of desk to room service was fantastic
the room service the price the first nights salmon noodles made me very ill and my partner very sick
car parking space underneath was tricky for us to use with a large car but we were able to use the car

helpful and friendly - kindly kept the kitchen open as i was arriving after they would have closed

heated indoor swimming pool and steam room helped us relax in the evening
liggy and emma in the spa were fantastic, the pool was beautiful
pool and gym brilliant
the pool was exceptionally lovely, gym had great facilities, and the whole place didn't feel too crowded
