wonderful facilities for our ski trip, with the pool and spa on the same 3rd floor level which made it super accessible to use after a long day of skiing

loved the location. having the kitchen was great.

no place to get a snack, drink or a grab and go except for the restaurant or as they suggested, room service

left about 30 guests stranded at snow park lodge while every other resort sent more than enough shuttles to safely bring back its guests

rooms, quiet peaceful location away from other hotels, shuttle hourly to park city

their pool sticks and ping pong paddles were broken

reserving the pool, gym and game room. waiting 20+ minutes for valet anytime we needed to leave!

game room was a nice feature along with the hot tub and pool just wish they would not put a closing time for the hot tub can understand the pool and kids

shuttle service was not consistently on time, so plan accordingly

our room was right next to the laundry room so it kept us up and the walls were very thin

24/7 hot tub, late check out, and free breakfast made our stay that much better

breakfast was great. pool/spa hours were limited for children but 24/7 for adults = genius!
