stay was excellent - the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was great air conditioning, the breakfast was good

all complaining about not only the lack of water, but also the fact that they had paid for the breakfast and nobody was there to serve it

the pool was cold but perhaps this is something that is common in portugal in this time of year?
