found the hotel kitchen staff to be a bit problematic; when i asked for breakfast with still 15min to go - the staff was somewhat reluctant to provide the full breakfast

common in guatemala to just give a bar of soap, but from a 4* hotel would have preferred shower gel, especially as nowhere in the
