it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, no rush for sunbeds by the pool or for seats at the restaurant

children didn't use kids club but the people we meet their children loved entertainment

staff lovely super comfy bed and pillows massive range at buffet breakfast

water is free at breakfast and it is free at the general buffet, but not at dinner in the royal section restaurant

i have kids so i understand but not if we booked adults only

5***** i will definitely come back there with kids as they would love it

parking, great swimming pools, wonderful kids activities at the pirate pool and evening dance for the kids, staff is great

during the day, there were opportunities for aqua fitness, and there was also a yoga instructor, who was skilled and enthusiastic

breakfast was wonderful with a good choice of quality foods

good restaurants, good breakfast. nice, quiet rooms. friendly staff in the restaurants.

i enjoyed the spa facilities - hamam, sauna, pools with different water temperatures

the grounds, palm trees, pool, bar and outdoor dining area

breakfast - plenty of options and very good, but dinner not always enough option for kids

the gym was closed throughout our stay

the pool bar is well stocked with food and drink

we stayed in apartment near the reception so we could use wifi even in the apartment's

far from the place - the rooms have a kitchen to prepare your own food - an outside play area for kids

carte dinner my aunt had very difficult night with stomach issues… there is not much to do for kids

we were disappointed with was the entertainment, it was really only aimed at the dozen or so kids that were around, and was also extremely loud

check in very easy. not too much of a queue for bar and restaurant

drinks were also lovely from the bar and restaurant

the balcony, friendly staff and the beautiful surroundings, also the food, indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna/steam room were

one bar open on day time and only one bar for evenings, causing massive queues

the drinks bar and some of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming

entertainment staff) to be told you need a credit card to make payment, then you go back to get golf clubs and you are told it’s cash only

and maybe the evening entertainment could be a bit longer and more varied for the kids (we were there with a child)

only thing we had missed was we did not realise there was an additional charge for the spa on booking

it was very loud in the evenings where i had my room, because of the evening animations for kids, but this will not impact my opinion that i will stay in the hotel again when i am in
