swimming pool is cool

the fact of being only adults made the short stay a relaxing moment

we would recommend bed and breakfast only

breakfast was lovely

out difficult- needs to be a check out point at the adults only site 6pm chocolate each evening isn’t

the pool, and how close the beach was

plenty of sun beds by pools and nice clean pool areas

the entertainment team were excellent interacting with the kids

breakfast was good plenty of choice

the spa & gym were not open due to covid

children didn't use kids club but the people we meet their children loved entertainment

stay we will return for the third time, pool bar superb with excellent professional staff

at night was entirely based on keeping families with kids happy to the exclusion of anyone else which meant that the only all inclusive bar was out of

likewise at the al faro bar premium spirits were included in our package

our royal level included the thalasso, mini golf and gym access all by the beach, as well as the room mini bar and all meals at the ancla restaurant,

breakfast - plenty of options and very good, but dinner not always enough option for kids

the gym was closed throughout our stay

the pool bar is well stocked with food and drink

we stayed in apartment near the reception so we could use wifi even in the apartment's

far from the place - the rooms have a kitchen to prepare your own food - an outside play area for kids

carte dinner my aunt had very difficult night with stomach issues… there is not much to do for kids

we were disappointed with was the entertainment, it was really only aimed at the dozen or so kids that were around, and was also extremely loud

check in very easy. not too much of a queue for bar and restaurant

drinks were also lovely from the bar and restaurant

the balcony, friendly staff and the beautiful surroundings, also the food, indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna/steam room were

one bar open on day time and only one bar for evenings, causing massive queues

the drinks bar and some of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming

entertainment staff) to be told you need a credit card to make payment, then you go back to get golf clubs and you are told it’s cash only

and maybe the evening entertainment could be a bit longer and more varied for the kids (we were there with a child)

only thing we had missed was we did not realise there was an additional charge for the spa on booking

wifes) that i was not far from showing them their way to their rooms as they were drunk at the pool every day, but on the 1 day especially

breakfast meals also the heated pool, got great balcony view ud83dude04

it was very loud in the evenings where i had my room, because of the evening animations for kids, but this will not impact my opinion that i will stay in the hotel again when i am in

parking is fine
