b than a hotel as it has limited reception staffing at night and none of the buzz of a hotel, no bar or cafe area

hotel said the stay included wifi, but this kept disconnecting

breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the rooftop bar was perfect after the stroll back from the city centre in the evening

room service menu was limited.

our room was a little noisy with the road outside but they paid for all our drinks and room service once we complained which was very kind of them

very little - the price of wine at the bar was a little expensive but that’s it.

the grounds are beautiful with an outdoor pool and very relaxing spa area

would hsve liked more weights and more variety of equipment in the gym

the gym could be better- small and dark in the basement.

floor, room was ready when i arrived which was great as it was very hot and i also paid extra for late check out, free bottle of water and coffee machine

the gym was fine, there was some equipment that didn't work and it gets a little hot, just fyi

in central bordeaux, nice old bordeaux building, clean, well equipped, good breakfast, competitive rates

no lift. wifi poor on top floor but better on the first floor. basic breakfast
