the free breakfast and pool. the room was very nice and clean.

after all this, the front desk staff finally placed room service order for us, as the restaurant staff would not take our order

over priced room service, after 20 minutes was told they were not delivering, but we could come pick it up

items such as microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, luggage rack, plenty of hangers, kitchen area, plenty of table working space, couch and chair

sofa bed was so uncomfortable our kids opted to sleep on the floor

property simply amazing, one of the best hotel i have stayed, everything new and clean, the breakfast really good wide variety to choose from, and the staff really professional and friendly,

disappointed that they did not have a hot tub with the pool; never seen this at a hi express.
