staff was friendly, asked for extra coffee/towels/laundry bag and we were taken care of with

i was put on ground floor as i requested, but next to laundry room and their cart was in front of our door

i wish they had a laundry facility on-site, and maybe a little breakfast area or nook.

we stayed in room 504 (5th floor obviously) you can see the pool from our room including the street that takes you into the town

the pool and hot tub were very clean and inviting

the property is stunning and there is always a heated pool near by not including the indoor water park

i liked the pool, the location that everyone greets you

hours of the bar located in one of the pools needs to be change, we got there at 6 and it was already closed so

the water park should be included in the reservation

the food at the restaurant could be better. the margarita was perfect at the bar area.

also, the family side picnic area & grill next to the pool w/ the lawn chairs

it also was a bonus to have a trolley stop right outside the rv park making travel easier

it was quiet had a pool and they were keeping up with updating the property

the water slide didn’t work and the chlorine in the pool was so strong my daughter’s eyes were horribly swollen and irritated

the fireplace didn't work, and the spa tub was not what was advertised

the walls are so thin we were up for two hours (1-3 am) listening to the jets of the spa in the room behind us

i think the pool should have been open later than 10pm

was disappointed the end side pool was closed the whole time we were there

we loved the extra space and kitchen facilities

the spa was very expensive.

great location, cozy and well furnished — we even did a load of laundry during our stay — and beautiful views

also, if we are asked to launder the towels you should provide laundry

they did have a full kitchen, well equipped, i recognize if you wanted to cook, bring your own food etc

the parking was a little better too far to walk to the front door we have handicap tags

i can only wish they had an indoor pool but everything was great!

parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver in trying to get into traffic

was a huge room with a full kitchen

the suite was very large and we particularly enjoyed the kitchen area with the full size refrigerator and dining table

huge comfortable plush bedding, luxury brand bath and body free spa products in the room, free restaurant breakfast with so many choices like fresh cantaloupe

clean, the price was great, we were located on the 1st floor which is awesome with children, my kids had a blast at the pool and check out was super simple

although early check in was not available upon request

except we were so looking forward to the hot tub and bar being open but hot tub jets not working a no one there to work the

indoor pool / spa were great

outdoor furniture and furniture around pool was ready for up grade

comfy bed, clean, nice pool, and great location on the strip close to everything.

need more chairs at pool , and pool was cloudy
