i wish cleaning staff was more bilingual. rooms with kitchenettes should have large trash cans .

hotel manager was excellent and worked hard to get us another hotel with a swimming pool for our grandsons to enjoy

good quality of breakfast but same menu for 5 days staying

bed and pillows, access to netflix/amazon prime on tv, having a kitchen and fridge, spaciousness, having a nice desk area to work, quiet room, nice and warm

booking.com did not communicate that the hotel pool was closed.
