gym is good for a hotel

laundromat gym not big but it works

fitness center was dated, small, hard to access and didn t have the equipment i needed

the fitness room is great - several machines, lots of dumbbells, some barbells, and a ton of room

breakfast at ruby is sub-par, lack of room service, iffy area at night

room service only sells wine by the bottle

the gilded unicorn bar in the basement was the perfect nightcap spot

even our bar server said she could not access retail pages from the property wifi

fantastic pool for lap swimmers! incredibly responsive staff!

parking is a couple blocks walk and cost $14 a night no free breakfast, but they offer room service pool; etc is located across a walkover bridge, not on

kids can't swim unless a lifeguard is present

window on the 3rd floor doesn't lock or have a screen, which is terribly unsafe for kids

the laundry facilities were a bonus

the location was miserable.they had zero guest laundry facilities.

perhaps more dumbell weights in the gym? no other things were needed.

shared that it was our anniversary :) we were pleasantly stopped surprised that there was a free shuttle to spokane arena for the concert we were attending too

my kids swam for hours everyday and having a poolside patio made it great

very neat, very economical. very good price. we have full kitchen. we had a free breakfast

no protein items for breakfast, broken shower door, no laundry bag,no ice machine

the building is a little out dated but traveling with 3 kids and 2 pets on a budget it was everything we needed

been above have been a bit noisy with stomping of the feet hitting the floors & walls screaming kids up late slamming the door that's only been a couple of times done when i have stayed i enjoy

it was for the lady under me we were sleeping and the smoke alarm randomly went off which woke my kids up and they started crying because they didn't know what was going on and they were scared and

the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious

the pool was just right

i like the kitchen stove top for cooking

all of it was great breakfast was exceptional...

the location was perfect where i was going. i didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment.
