to upgrade me on day 2 to a 1 bedroom suite because the 1 bed suite was not spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children

the breakfast was meh would like healthier choices yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels

laundry facilities were lacking at best

wifi was very poort. without upgrade the lower floor rooms are complete waste

the absolute only reason what we booked at this resort was because of the pool

the rooms were warm, the kitchen was well equipped, and the tv had good channels

communication was wonderful. worked with us on early check in and was very accommodating

supplying more kitchen items like plates,forks,etc would have been nice.

even cross our mind that the pool would be closed because its still too cold in june, but wouldn't have had much time to use it

really liked the location, pool was a great addition

we were not able to get an early check in or late check out, and for over $400 for 2 nights, i would think a couple extra

we enjoy the quiet, the full kitchen, the gas fire place and listening to the water in fall river

you are required to have everything perfectly clean when you leave, including washing all kitchen items and putting them away

would have reallllly liked having laundry facilities

however, the sun -spa room (reservation needed) is a really nice feature as a part of your room rate

duck pond across the road for kids

we enjoyed the heated pool too

bathroom, no table, rate is too high for the room, bed moves not too safe for kids

pictures showed full kitchen, but on arrival this was not the case

swimming pool water is heated so it was wonderful to swim in the afternoon

cabin was really nice with a fantastic kitchen in an absolutely beautiful place
