i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

check in was was easy peasy even wit the full st patty's day bar

i wanted to surprise my partner with birthday decorations, etc, by going early

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

large gym as well

pool was nice to have for the kids to enjoy after a long day too

lady that worked in the breakfast room was really nice and friendly

excellent facilities. lots of variety in breakfast choices. very clean and spacious eating area

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

was very poor for the price charged very noisy young kids running up and down the halls after 9pm including the floor above us hockey bags strewn on

parking is almost full in the night

i was not pleased that mini sticks were allowed and there were kids running around screaming and yelling

room service was available for dinner

the communication with mandy (the laundry rooms guest experience manager) was excellent, i received nine different emails prior to

well supplied kitchen with oven

more garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs, because of our longer stay

loved having a full kitchen
