-wifi in the rooms was terrible, not ideal when trying to do work emails or zoom

the pool staff and the kids club staff obviously don't want to do their job.

we also had a reservation at la cabane beach club, and although it is advertised that a golf cart will take guests there, the receptionist told us to either walk or take a taxi, which was

70-80 minutes ( it was a big mess this time around there ) in lobby bar close to the swimming pool but it was only one time thats we it doesn't matter (+)great pool and beach club. amazing breakfast. (-)you can t use the indoor pool unless you book in with the spa. (+) we enjoyed the beach, the heated pool, the various restaurants and all the things to do in the area (+)and pool area was very well kept and organized (+)good breakfast to start the day, excellent club sandwiches and mojitos round the heated swimming pool (+) the bar garden is magical, the heated pool and beach club add real luxury, and even the scent and music create a perfect atmosphere (+)big rooms. nice pool. very child friendly place. good breakfast. (+) the gardens and pool were beautiful and very clean the staff were efficient and charming breakfast was (+)pool area with excellent summer beach club lucia, breakfast was delicious, beautifully served

kids pool was closed, so main one was at times busy.

expected a free bottle of water on a daily basis rather than having to pay to order it with room service

wine or beer for 16€, this was delicious along with the meal we had in el med and the tapas bar was also very nice

fantastic room, beautiful landscape, reasonably priced company store with many items, excellent pool and poolside dining and a wonderful location

breakfast on the beach was wonderful.
