the biggest issue of them all was not being able to get ahold of room service

everything is so spaced out, like gym, water park etc.

lack of parking

a shuttle to lake geneva would make it perfect

the kitchen and layout was great

nice view of golf course. sat on the patio. nice fire table by the bar.

kids running down hall and tripping over feet

of the handicapped parking spaces at bldg #4 were blocked off and we were unable to park near the doors

lack of signage to the outside walking areas other than the golf course

the room service breakfast was not good

loved the fact it had a full kitchen

pool water pretty cloudy

the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms with the spa tub was lovely

friendliness, location and great breakfast

the kitchen was fully appointed, and we could have easily stayed in and made all our meals there

fully equipped kitchen and great location.

was nice to have the restaurant attached to go out to ea andto order room service

fold out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for us adults, but we should have made our kids stay on it

across the street is a park and then the lake shore and boat rentals and boat rides

know it was off season but a 2000+ person convention was in town) no late night room service

nice to also have access to gym at the grand even though we stayed at trl

water park was perfect

the room detail should mention the full kitchen and pots, which would help with bringing more things that we could prepare

overpriced snack bar (but that’s par for the course at these type places.)

the room and let out couch and mini kitchen area. big tub and nice shower. my kids loved it
